Second Grade 2009-2010 Thank you so much for encouraging and inspiring me to apply for the TCS Travel Grant. I went to Brazil at the end of the summer. I had the best time ever. My journey began in Manaus in the Rain Forest and ended on the sandy beaches of Rio de Janerio. I saw so many exotic plants and animals and the food was absolutely delicious. I am sharing just of few of my pictures. I hope that you all had a great summer and that your 2010-2011 school year is off to a great start. Thanks for the memories.

I don't know where Brazil is but it looks like a fun place. I will look on my globe to see if I can find it. I really like the face painting on the people. Maybe one day I will visit Brazil too!
